Iraida Que De Vera, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Amor Maximus, took the stage at the 50th Australian Gala and Innovation Awards, held at the Westin St. Francis in San Francisco on Saturday, February 21, 2026.
Hosted by the Australian American Chamber of Commerce (AACC San Francisco), the milestone evening celebrated fifty years of collaboration, entrepreneurship, and the enduring ties between the United States and Australian business communities. Ms. Que De Vera was invited on stage to present one of the evening's Innovation Awards, alongside Robert Hall and Brandon Avergon, with Marsha Laine Dungog hosting the awards.
She described the evening as a wonderful celebration, and an opportunity to connect with founders, operators, and partners from across industries, and to recognise the individuals and companies driving meaningful progress across their markets.
The appearance reflects Amor Maximus's engagement with the international business community and its belief in building partnerships across borders, the same conviction that guides the family's investments.
